My Shield of Faith
July 5, 2006
But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.
Psalms 3:3 (NLT)
I’ve got to remember who is my shield. It is the Lord. I have to remember to use my shield of FAITH. Because Faith is the substance of things hoped for — the evidence of things not seen. Those things in the eternal will last much longer than what we see here on earth. Oh that I could see the shield that surrounds me, but that is what Faith is all about. Trusting.

Thank you for this reminder.
It’s an honor for us ‘to wear’ the shield in this life journey. When life gives cold breeze, ‘the shield’ gives us such comfort and assurance, as we are reminded again that He is with us – all along.
Have a blessed weekend. Blessings, Annita @ “FOOTPRINTS.”
