May 12, 2009

John 7:18
Convinced
January 27, 2008
The leaders were soon convinced that the LORD had sent Moses and Aaron. And when they realized that the LORD had seen their misery and was deeply concerned for them, they all bowed their heads and worshiped.
Exodus 4:31
This passage touched me this morning. I realize that I could not be a child of God until I was convinced that Jesus was born, lived on this earth, died on a cross and is resurrected from the dead and living. We all have to be convinced before we can be His child. That word just keeps popping out to me.

Ephesians 4:23-24
My prayer for today:
Thank you Father for what you have done in my life. Morning by morning you wake me and open my understanding to your will. I will continually renew my mind because you have given me your Holy Spirit. My thoughts and my attitudes are lining up with your word. I am setting my face like a stone — determining to do your will. Teach me to see, hear and do your commands so that I may have peace like a gentle river and righteousness rolling like waves. Thank you that I display to others a new nature because I am yours created in your likeness – righteous, holy and true. For I know with you all things are possible and I will triumph for all the good things that you have placed within me. Thank you Adonai! In Jesus name I pray. Amen — and it is so.
